Recover the hours and revenue lost between the field and the office

Upland Strategic Partners is an AI implementation firm for contractors and field service companies in New England, whether owner-operated or backed by private equity. We go after the work that slips through, like inspection findings that never get quoted and finished jobs that never get billed, and we measure every engagement against a baseline set with you up front.

What we fix

We work with specialty contractors and equipment service companies doing roughly $3 million to $75 million a year. That includes roofing, siding, masonry, and waterproofing contractors; pump, motor, and controls shops; and mechanical and electrical service firms. Most of what we fix is paperwork that still moves between the field and the office by hand.

Estimating, takeoffs, and bids

Quantity takeoffs pulled from plan sets automatically, and quotes and proposal drafts built from field findings and your own pricing. Estimators spend their time on scope instead of measuring and retyping.

Field-to-office documents

Daily reports, inspection findings, photos, and job documents go straight into the systems your office already uses, and anyone can search them and see where each answer came from.

Unquoted findings and unbilled work

Deficiencies that never became quotes, quotes that went out too late, and completed work that never got invoiced, found in your own records.

Reporting across locations

The same numbers, reported the same way, across crews, branches, and acquired companies, built on Microsoft 365 and the software you already run.

For companies backed by private equity, we work with the operating team to standardize workflows across branches and add-ons, and report results in a format an investment committee can use.

How an engagement works

  1. Workflow assessment

We sit down with your team on one or two high-volume workflows, measure what they cost today in hours or missed revenue, and agree on a target before anything gets built.

  2. Build and deploy

We set up the tools, connect them to your existing systems, and train the people using them. One team goes first, and the rest follow once it works.

  3. Measure and maintain

We report results against the original baseline and keep the systems running on a monthly retainer. When the numbers justify it, we move to the next workflow.

Software is licensed in your company's name, so you own every tool and all of your data. Fees are a one-time setup, a monthly retainer, and a success fee tied to the savings we document.

Start with one workflow

Send a note about where your office loses the most time. We'll sit down with your team, map that one workflow, and tell you what it's worth fixing.
